Tara Schaible was born in Florida and moved to Texas when she was in high school. She knew at a young age that she wanted to do something in a career that helped others. She earned a bachelor’s degree with a major in psychology and minor in social work at Tarleton State University. While working on her Master’s degree in counseling she decided to change career paths and pursue a degree in nursing. She is currently working on earing her BSN at the University of Texas at Arlington. After switching her career path she became interested in egg donation. A friend who donated her eggs with Giving Hope shared her experience with Tara and she applied immediately. She began her egg donation journey with us in 2018. After completing four cycles as an egg donor at Giving Hope and witnessing her compassion and desire to educate other donors, we asked her to join our team. In 2020 she became our Egg Donor Manager. She plays a major role in recruiting new donors, advocates for all our egg donors, and educating current and prospective egg donors. She feels that donating her eggs to families in need has changed her life in many positive ways and wants to help other women have the same experience.
